Data deletion requests

1. Make a request

Such VPN is operated by AQX LLC, trading as SuchVPN/dVPN. To request deletion, email [email protected] with the subject:

Tell us whether your request concerns your current Such VPN installation, Premium access, or both. We will review the request and apply deletion to information that is eligible to be removed.

2. What to include

To help us locate and verify the pseudonymous installation, you may optionally include:

• The app version.
• The approximate time you last used the app or VPN.
• A short description of whether the request concerns the current installation, Premium, or both.

Please provide only the minimum information needed for the request. We do not invent or require a consumer account, name, password, or email-based app login.

3. What not to send

Do not include secrets or VPN activity in your email. Never send Google Play purchase tokens, Premium activation UUIDs, installation private keys, VPN keys, raw VPN configurations, node credentials, URLs, destinations, browsing history, DNS history, packet or payload contents, or other traffic details.

Such VPN does not need those materials to receive a deletion request. If an email appears to contain a secret, do not resend it; contact us for privacy-safe guidance.

4. Deletion and retention

Such VPN has no browsing, DNS, destination, URL, packet, payload, or traffic history to delete. Those categories are not collected or stored as activity history.

Support feedback related to a request expires within 90 days. Encrypted Google Play purchase-token ciphertext is retired 60 days after a subscription expires, is refunded, is revoked, or enters an unknown state under the current schema 70 retention rule. Durable one-way provider-key hashes, replay and fraud-prevention evidence, and aggregate accounting evidence may remain when needed to protect the service and prevent duplicate or abusive claims. Legal, dispute, and security records may remain only as required for those purposes.

Deletion of eligible records does not restore free usage time or create a new welcome grant. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the local installation identity, and a later installation is a new principal.

5. Privacy-safe verification

Because Such VPN has no consumer account and uses pseudonymous installation identities, we may reply asking for only the minimum privacy-safe information needed to locate or verify the relevant installation or Premium record. We will not ask for VPN traffic details, purchase tokens, activation UUIDs, private keys, or raw configurations.

We will acknowledge the request and explain any limitation when information cannot be located, cannot be deleted because a narrow retention obligation applies, or has already expired.
